Service Description
Every dispenser has a story — from unusual taste to temperature issues. At Mayspring, we don’t guess; we diagnose. Whether it's for a new client unsure of what their dispenser needs or an existing one facing recurring issues, our consultation and diagnosis service ensures the right solution from the start. Our trained technicians assess the dispenser’s health, usage habits, and environmental factors, offering expert guidance on maintenance, repairs, and when a replacement might be more cost-effective.




Cancellation Policy
1. For refurbishing or repair services, a quote can only be provided following an inspection by our body expert or an assessment by one of our technicians. 2. We provides the following options for inspection and diagnosis. Please note that only one relevant fee will apply per request, with the most appropriate fee taking precedence: Option 1 - Bring to Service Center: Yes or No. If Yes, diagnosis/inspection is free. Option 2 - Technician/Body Expert On-Site Visit: For the first dispenser, a N4,000 fee is charged, plus N1,000 for each additional dispenser. This fee applies when a technician or body expert travels to the client's location for initial inspection and diagnosis. Option 3 - Technician/Body Expert Pickup only: A fee of N2,000 is charged for the first dispenser, plus N1,000 for each additional dispenser. This fee covers the transportation of the dispenser(s) to our service center by our technician or body expert. 3. Fee Substitution (On-Site Visit leading to Pickup): If a technician or body expert conducts an on-site visit and it is immediately determined that the dispenser needs to be taken to the service center for further assessment or work, the On-Site Visit fee will be waived, and the Pickup fee will apply instead. 4. Subsequent Drop-off (No Immediate Quote Acceptance after Pickup): If the dispenser is taken to the service center, and a quote is prepared after assessment, but the client is not ready to approve the quote and requires the dispenser to be returned, a Drop-off fee of N2,000 for the first dispenser, plus N1,000 for each additional dispenser will apply, or the client may arrange for self-pickup. 5. Fee Waiver for Annual Plan Subscribers: Clients who subscribe to any of our annual maintenance plans will have all diagnosis/inspection fees and any applicable pickup or drop-off fees waived.
