Terms Of Service

1. Sanitization & Repair Protocols

  • 1.1 Off-Premises Execution Rule: To guarantee medical-grade hygiene and safety, our rigorous multi-stage deep cleaning and chemical disinfection process requires an unconditional 8-hour curing and testing window. Consequently, no deep cleaning or sanitization will ever be performed on the client’s premises. All units must be processed at our designated service facility.

  • 1.2 Mandatory Post-Repair Sanitization: Mayspring Water Dispenser Services Ltd. maintains an absolute standard of excellence. No equipment will be discharged from our facility in an unsanitary state. Therefore, all mechanical or electrical repairs automatically trigger a mandatory deep cleaning and disinfection cycle prior to release. This turnaround time will be factored into all repair timelines.

  • 1.3 Mandatory Overdue Descaling Clause: If an existing client’s dispenser is 3 months or more past its scheduled routine service due date, a mandatory specialized descaling fee will be automatically added to the service invoice. This accounts for the extreme mineral buildup, extra chemical agents, and intensive labor required to restore heavily overdue internal lines to baseline hygiene standards.

2. Service Plans & Geographical Eligibility

  • 2.1 Premium Tier Restrictions: Complimentary door-to-door logistics and advanced service perks under our Premium plan are strictly subject to geographical availability and zoning boundaries.

  • 2.2 Alternative Tier Assignment: If a client's location falls outside our defined logistics range for the standard Premium tier, they are ineligible for that specific plan. They will be formally advised to select either our Premium Business Plan or our Starter Plan, which are optimized for outer-zone logistics.

  • 2.3 Verification Mandate: Clients must explicitly check their eligibility based on location or confirm zoning availability directly with a Mayspring representative before subscribing to or requesting premium tier benefits.

3. Diagnostics & Field Assessments

  • 3.1 Diagnostic Constraints: On-site technician visits are strictly limited to diagnostic assessment and inspection only. No field repairs, mechanical adjustments, or cleaning protocols will occur during this visit.

  • 3.2 Assessment Cost Responsibility: The time and travel logistics costs associated with a diagnostic field visit are fully borne by the client.

  • 3.3 Deductibility Exemption: If the client chooses to proceed with the recommended repair or refurbishing service with Mayspring, the diagnostic travel fee will be deducted from or replaced by the eventual fulfillment invoice. However, if the item is diagnosed as unrepairable or the client declines service, the full travel and pickup charges still apply.

4. Logistics & The 15-MINUTE Courier Limit

  • 4.1 Delivery Modes: Clients may facilitate logistics through three pathways: direct drop-off and collection at our central Service Center, drop-off and collection at a designated third-party Pickup/Drop-off (PUDO) point, or by requesting our door-to-door Courier Service (where charges vary dynamically by location).

  • 4.2 The 15-Minute Grace Period: To maintain scheduling integrity across our logistics network, our dispatch drivers operate under a strict 15-minute maximum waiting time limit per location. If a client fails to hand over or receive a dispenser within 15 minutes of the courier’s arrival, the pickup/delivery is marked as "Missed," and a re-routing fee will apply to schedule a subsequent attempt.

  • 4.3 Transit Handling Liability: Mayspring assumes full operational responsibility for the handling, security, and safety of the equipment only if the client utilizes our official, in-house courier service for delivery.

  • 4.4 Photographic Pre-Inspection: To be on the same page, our team will immediately photograph or explicitly point out any pre-existing structural cracks, deep scratches, or out-of-place physical damage upon intake before loading or servicing the equipment.

5. Storage Fees & Asset Abandonment

  • 5.1 The 7-Day Collection Window: Following exhaustive notification via email, text, or call that a dispenser's 8-hour sanitization, repair, or refurbishment is complete, the client has exactly 7 calendar days to collect the equipment or accept delivery.

  • 5.2 Accruing Storage Fees: On the 8th day following completion notification, a daily storage fee of ₦500 will automatically accrue on the client's invoice. Equipment will not be released until all accumulated storage fees are settled in full.

  • 5.3 Right of Disposal/Liquidation: If a dispenser remains uncollected, unpaid, or abandoned for one full year (365 days) from the date the storage fee first started accruing, Mayspring Water Dispenser Services Ltd. reserves the absolute legal right to sell, liquidate, or dispose of the asset to recover outstanding operational, storage, and material costs.

6. Service Warranties & Claims

  • 6.1 Repair & Parts Warranty: All structural repairs and genuine spare parts replaced by our team are backed by a strict 2-week operational warranty starting from the date of equipment delivery or pickup.

  • 6.2 Sanitization Claim Window: Due to environmental variables out of our control once a unit leaves our facility, complaints regarding water taste, odor, or sanitization efficacy must be reported within a strict 24-hour verification window post-delivery.

7. Financial Compliance & Payment Anti-fraud Policy

  • 7.1 Corporate Account Mandate: To ensure financial security, transparency, and valid tracking, all payments must be deposited directly into the official verified corporate bank account of Mayspring Water Dispenser Services Ltd.

  • 7.2 Prohibition of Individual Transfers: Under no circumstances should cash, personal bank transfers, or mobile digital wallet payments be given or sent to individual field technicians, logistics drivers, or company staff members.

  • 7.3 Disclaimer of Liability: Mayspring explicitly disclaims all liability for financial losses, unauthorized work, lack of record tracking, or voided service warranties resulting from client payments made to individual employee personal accounts.
